I HAVE an issue with the bank relating to being defrauded by the purported sale of a spurious property in Gwagwalada, Abuja.
I realized I have been blocked on twitter for complaining and I see you are unwilling to resolve the issue even after your Chief Executive Officer (CEO) gave an assurance to make sure the matter is investigated. I demand immediate resolution of the issue please. You took my money and did not deliver on the property sold.
I made a transfer of N200,000 to my friend account in UBA on Saturday, my account was debited and my friends account was not credited. It turned to serious issue between me and my friend, my friend requested for his account statement and sends it to me via email. I went to First Bank on Isaac John street, Ikeja GRA and was told to forward 30 digits transfer I sent to my friend. Imagine bankers are ready to receive money and not ready to work. I have complained to the manager of First Bank in Motorway branch and waiting for reverse alert before I close all my first bank account. Also you will call customer service and they keep telling you please hold on for over five minutes, imagine. Banks will charge you for maintenance of ATM every month and I paid for ATM, my ATM is always in my custody. For Christ sake please and please why why? Tell me what they are maintaining?
